These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bosswithjamie.com, bosswithvajamie.com, bossvaacademy.com, and any related digital products, courses, downloads, or services (collectively, the "Site" and "Products") offered by Boss With Jamie ("I," "me," "my"). By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise using the Site or Products, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or purchase my Products.
Boss With Jamie is a digital education brand providing training, courses, templates, and resources related to starting and running a virtual assistant business and other online business skills.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Products or use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
When you purchase a course, mini-course, template, or other digital Product, you're granted lifetime access under a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that Product for your own personal or business use. "Limited" here refers to the scope of what you're permitted to do with the content (see the restrictions below), not the duration of your access - your access does not expire. Unless you're promoting through your affiliate link under my Affiliate/Reseller Program (see Section 4 above), you may not:
I reserve the right to revoke access to any Product, and to remove any affiliate from the Affiliate/Reseller Program, if these Terms are violated. In the rare event I must discontinue a Product or migrate to a new platform, I'll make reasonable efforts to give you continued access or a comparable replacement, but "lifetime access" is tied to the lifetime of the Product's availability on my current platform, not a guarantee independent of circumstances outside my control.
Customers who purchase VA Training Academy or the Claude & GHL Jamie's Way mini-course are automatically enrolled as affiliates for that Product and receive a unique affiliate link to promote and sell it, at the commission rates below:
Commission payouts on affiliate sales are processed automatically through my payment processor / store platform's built-in affiliate system, not directly by me. Payout timing, thresholds, and mechanics are governed by that platform's terms. I am the seller of record on every purchase, including those made through an affiliate's link - I am the only one who earns directly from a customer's payment, and affiliates then receive their commission as a payout from that sale, not as a direct portion of the customer's payment. Commission rates and program terms are subject to change. Being an affiliate does not grant rights to alter, rebrand, or claim ownership of course content, only to promote and sell it through your unique affiliate link.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. Sale pricing is valid only for the dates and times stated on the applicable sales page.
My refund terms are outlined separately in my Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Some links on this Site (including, currently, links to the Boss Suite) are affiliate links. If you make a purchase through one of these links, I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. I only recommend products and programs I believe in, but I am not responsible for the content, delivery, refund terms, or performance of third-party programs I'm affiliated with - those are governed by that company's own terms.
Any income, earnings, or results referenced on the Site or in my Products are not guaranteed. See my full Earnings Disclaimer for details. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market conditions, and other factors outside my control.
All content on the Site and within my Products - including text, graphics, videos, templates, prompts, and course materials - is owned by Boss With Jamie or used under license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without my written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boss With Jamie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products, including lost profits or business opportunities. My Products are educational in nature and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or tax advice.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The laws of the State of Georgia govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
